Insurance & Policy
- Currently in-network with most Premera, Regence and First Choice plans. Please contact your insurance company for verification.
- For Out-of-Network (OON) patients: Payment is due at the time of service. Superbills provided for client reimbursement submission.
- Cancellation Policy: 24 hours’ notice required to avoid being charged a late cancellation fee.
